摘要
考察了反应温度、反应压力、体积空速对重稠油加氢裂化反应的影响,优化出最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在反应温度为465℃,反应压力为20 MPa,氢油比为1500 L/kg,体积空速为0.5 h^(-1),催化剂质量分数为1%的优化条件下,大于525℃渣油组分转化率为85.37%,液体收率为84.04%,脱硫率为69.94%。
The influence of reaction temperature,reaction pressure and volume space velocity on the hydrocracking reaction of heavy oil was investigated and the best process conditions were optimized.The results showed that under the reaction temperature of 465℃,reaction pressure of 20 MPa,hydrogen to oil ratio of 1500 L/kg,space velocity of 0.5 h^(-1),catalyst mass fraction of 1%,the conversion rate of residue components(>525℃)was 85.37%,the liquid yield was 84.04%,and the desulfurization rate was 69.94%.
