抽水蓄能电站大坝施工期防洪安全问题研究

摘要 抽水蓄能电站大坝施工期有遭受暴雨洪水破坏的风险,处置不当就会发生基坑淹没、冲刷破坏及结构受损等问题,对工程质量、施工进度、工程投资等造成较大影响。为此,归纳了抽水蓄能电站大坝施工期防洪安全的主要问题,总结其现象、后果,分析了产生问题的根本原因,并提出了系统性的综合解决方案,以期为我国抽水蓄能电站工程的安全和健康发展提供参考。 Because rainstorms and floods may damage the dam of pumped-storage power station during the construction period,improper treatment will lead to foundation pit inundation,scouring damage,or structural damage,which have a great impact on project quality,construction progress,and project investment.To this end,the main problems of flood control during the construction period of the dam of the pumped-storage power station are summarized,their phenomena and consequences are also summarized,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and a systematic comprehensive solution is proposed,to provide a reference for the safe and healthy development of pumped-storage power station projects in China.
