向家坝水电站工作弧门运行安全观测综合分析

摘要 向家坝水电站表孔、中孔工作弧门泄洪处于局开控泄状态,对闸门的安全运行不利。表孔工作弧门采用三支臂设计,面板半径达到了30 m;中孔工作弧门门叶沿中部纵向分成左、右两节对称制作,中间通过螺栓连接。特殊的体型设计及非常规的运行状态需加强其运行安全研究。在374.45 m水位下对3、4号表孔,1、5号中孔工作弧门由全关到全开振动响应参数进行了观测,结果表明整体属于微小振动。该水位条件下表孔工作弧门振动较大区间在6~10 m,中孔工作弧门振动较大区间在8~10 m。同时对以往原型观测数据进行了整理、对比分析,向家坝运行近10年来工作弧门振动响应参数量级基本一致,闸门运行平稳,观测成果可为同类型闸门提供参考借鉴。 The partial opening operation of the working radial gates of the surface and middle outlets in Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station for flood discharge is unfavorable to the safe operation of these gates.The working radial gate of surface outlet adopts a three-arm design,and the panel radius reaches 30 m.The gate leaf of the middle outlet working radial gate is symmetrically made by two sections along the middle longitudinal direction,and connected by bolts.Special type design and unconventional operating conditions of these gates need to strengthen the research of its operational safety.The vibration response parameters of the working radial gates of the No.3 and No.4 surface outlet and the No.1 and No.5 middle outlet are observed from fully closed to fully open at a water level of 374.45 m.The observation data show that the whole vibration of these gates is small.The vibration range of the working radial gate of the surface outlet under this water level is between 6-10 m,and is between 8-10 m for the working radial gate of the middle outlet.The observation data are also compared with previous prototype observation data,and it is found that the vibration response parameters of the working radial gates in Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station are basically the same in the past decades,and the gate operates smoothly.The observation results can provide reference for similar gates.
