五禽戏之鸟戏的呼吸训练对支气管哮喘患儿的影响

摘要 目的研究五禽戏之鸟戏的呼吸训练对支气管哮喘患儿气道炎症、肺功能和负性情绪的影响。方法选取开封市中医院2021年9月至2023年9月105例支气管哮喘患儿采用随机数字表分为对照组(n=52)和研究组(n=53),对照组给予基于诺丁斯关怀教育理论的系统干预,研究组给予联合五禽戏之鸟戏的呼吸训练,对比两组患儿气道炎症、肺功能和负性情绪。结果研究组干预后,C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平分别为(7.65±1.98)mg/L、(36.55±5.89)ng/mL、(70.45±7.43)ng/L,均低于对照组(10.35±2.37)mg/L、(45.40±6.33)ng/mL、(88.56±8.46)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后,第1秒最大用力呼气容量/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、第1秒最大用力呼气容量(FEV1)水平分别为(77.84±4.39)%、(2.31±0.43)L,均高于对照组(72.33±4.11)%、(1.97±0.50)L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后,儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)和儿童焦虑障碍自评量表(SCARED)评分分别为(7.25±2.21)分、(8.03±1.38)分,均低于对照组(10.25±2.56)分、(9.63±1.77)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五禽戏之鸟戏的呼吸训练能够有效缓解支气管哮喘患儿气道炎症,减轻负性情绪,提高肺功能。 Objective To study the effects of respiratory training with bird play of Five-Animal Exercise on airway inflammation,lung function and negative emotions in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 105 children with bronchial asthma in Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=52)and study group(n=53)using a random number table.The control group was given systematic intervention based on the Noddings'theory of caring education,and the study group combined breathing training with bird play of Five-Animal Exercise.Airway inflammation,lung function and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention in the research group,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-4(IL-4)were(7.65±1.98)mg/L,(36.55±5.89)ng/mL,and(70.45±7.43)ng/L,respectively,lower than those in the control group(10.35±2.37)mg/L,(45.40±6.33)ng/mL,and(88.56±8.46)ng/L,with differences of statistical significance(P<0.05);After intervention in the research group,the maximum forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity in the first second(FEV1/FVC)and maximum forced expiratory volume levels in the first second(FEV1)were(77.84±4.39)%and(2.31±0.43)L,respectively,higher than those in the control group(72.33±4.11)%and(1.97±0.50)L,with differences of statistical significance(P<0.05);After intervention in the research group,the scores of the depression self-rating scale for children(DSRSC)and the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED)were(7.25±2.21)and(8.03±1.38),respectively,lower than those of the control group(10.25±2.56)and(9.63±1.77),with differences of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The respiratory training with bird play of Five-Animal Exercise can effectively relieve airway inflammation,reduce negative emotions and improve lung function in children with bronchial asthma.
