安效先教授“平、调、截”三法干预小儿过敏进程经验浅谈

Professor An Xiaoxian's Experience in Intervening in Atopic March in Children with Three Methods of Balancing,Regulating,and Preventing

过敏性疾病的发生有一定的顺序,表现为特应性皮炎(Atopic dermatitis,AD)、食物过敏(Food allergy,FA)、过敏性哮喘(Allergic asthma,AA)和变应性鼻炎(Allergic rhinitis,AR)的顺序发展,被称为“过敏进程”。安效先教授提出了小儿少阳之体与过敏进程的联系,认为过敏进程与小儿不同时期的脏腑阴阳失衡状况有一定的关系。文中总结了安效先教授“平衡阴阳、调和营卫以及扭转截断”三法干预过敏进程的经验,并对“平、调、截”三法在湿疹、特应性皮炎、食物过敏、支气管哮喘以及过敏性咳嗽等不同过敏进程的疾病治疗中的应用加以具体介绍,希望能够为中医药干预过敏进程提供更多的理论基础支撑。

The occurrence of allergic diseases generally has an order,manifested as the sequential development of atopic dermatitis,food allergy,allergic asthma,and allergic rhinitis,which is known as atopic march.Professor An Xiaoxian proposed the association between the body condition of less yang in children and allergic march,believing that there is a relationship between allergic march and the yin-yang imbalance of zang-fu organs at different stages in children.This paper summarizes the experience of Professor An Xiaoxian in intervening in allergic march with the three methods of balancing yin and yang,harmonizing nutrient and defensive aspects,and preventing progression.Furthermore,this paper introduces the application of the three methods in intervening in allergic march of eczema,atopic dermatitis,food allergies,bronchial asthma,and allergic cough,aiming to provide more theoretical support for the intervention in atopic march with traditional Chinese medicine.
