床旁电子支气管镜在重症肺炎患者治疗中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Bedside Electronic Bronchoscopy in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia Patients

目的:探究重症肺炎实施床旁电子支气管镜治疗的价值。方法:将2021年3月~2022年3月重症肺炎患者作为样本,符合标准并入选90例患者,掷骰子分组,分为参考组、实践组各45例,参考组行常规治疗,实践组加用床旁电子支气管镜治疗,检测血气指标,观察炎症因子,比较肺部感染情况,统计恢复时间,记录有效率。结果:治疗后SpO_(2)、PaO_(2)结果实践组高于参考组,PaCO_(2)结果实践组低于参考组,P<0.05。治疗后三项炎症因子结果实践组均低于参考组,P<0.05。治疗后3d、6d、14d时肺部感染评分结果实践组低于参考组,P<0.05。各项症状恢复时间实践组短于参考组,P<0.05。有效率实践组高于参考组,P<0.05。结论:床旁电子支气管镜有效率高,能改善血气、炎症问题,大幅减轻肺感染程度,加快各重症肺炎症状的消除。

Objective:To explore the value of bedside electronic bronchoscopy treatment for severe pneumonia.Methods:A total of 90 patients with severe pneumonia from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the sample,who met the criteria.They were then divided into a reference group and a practice group,with 45 patients in each group.The reference group received routine treatment,while the practice group received additional bedside electronic bronchoscopy treatment.Detect blood gas indicators,observe inflammatory factors,compare lung infection status,calculate recovery time,and record effective rates.Results:The results of SpO_(2) and PaO_(2) after treatment were higher in the practice group than in the reference group,while the results of PaCO_(2) were lower in the practice group than in the reference group,with P<0.05.The results of the three inflammatory factors after treatment were lower in the practice group than in the reference group,with a P<0.05.The results of pulmonary infection scores at 3,6,and 14 days after treatment were lower in the practice group than in the reference group,with P<0.05.The recovery time of various symptoms in the practice group was shorter than that in the reference group,with P<0.05.The effective rate in the practice group was higher than that in the reference group,with a P<0.05.Conclusion:Bedside electronic bronchoscopy is highly effective,can improve blood gas and inflammation problems,significantly reduce the degree of lung infection,and accelerate the elimination of various severe pneumonia symptoms.
