基于督脉理论探讨“通督益髓”针法治疗脊髓损伤的研究进展

The Research Progress of“Tongdu Yisui”Acupuncture Therapy for Spinal Cord Injury Based on the Theory of Governor Vessel

脊髓损伤是一种严重的神经系统疾病,属于中医“痿证”“体惰”范畴,“督脉受损、肾阳不足”是脊髓损伤的主要病因病机,从督脉论治脊髓损伤是中医治疗的关键。文章基于督脉理论,介绍了中医学对脊髓损伤的认识以及“通督益髓”法理论的形成,简述了“通督益髓”法电针治疗脊髓损伤的临床应用及机制研究,以期为脊髓损伤的中医理论及临床研究提供新思路。

To analyze the understanding of spinal cord injury in traditional medicine,we mainly treat it from the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment.This paper expounds the theoretical connotation of the method of Tongdu Yisui,that is,selecting points at governor vessel and Jiaji points in the segment of spinal cord injury for electroacupuncture therapy,so as to dredge the governor vessel,tonify the function of spinal cord and promote the recovery of nerve function.This paper analyses the theoretical basis,clinical research and mechanism research of“Tongdu Yisui”electroacupuncture in treating spinal cord injury.The author believes that“Tongdu Yisui”electroacupuncture has remarkable effect in treating spinal cord injury,aiming to provide reference and ideas for further research on clinical application and mechanism of“Tongdu Yisui”electroacupuncture.Spinal cord injury is a kind of serious nervous system disease,which belongs to the categories of“flaccidity syndrome”and“ti duo”in Chinese medicine.“Injury of governor vessel and insufficiency of kidney Yang”are the main etiology and pathogenesis of spinal cord injury.Based on the theory of governor vessel,this paper introduces the understanding of traditional medicine on spinal cord injury and the formation of the theory of“Tongdu Yisui”method,and briefly describes the clinical application and mechanism research of“Tongdu Yisui”method in treating spinal cord injury,so as to provide new ideas for the theory and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine on spinal cord injury.
