应用移动CT对交通事故致死案件进行尸体影像学检查

摘要 本文报道1例利用移动CT对交通事故致死人员尸体进行影像学检查的案例。比较了该例交通事故体表损伤与CT检验所见的差异,分析了尸表检验的局限性,展示了移动CT在交通事故死亡人员尸体影像学检查中的应用效果,探讨了移动CT的应用价值及存在的关键问题,并对该技术在非正常死亡尸体法医影像学检查中的应用前景进行了展望。本案例表明,移动CT可用于辅助诊断死亡原因、分析损伤机制等,有助于提升法医尸体检验鉴定质量及效率,在交通事故致死等非正常死亡尸体法医检验中具有较显著优势。 This article introduces a case of using mobile CT to perform forensic imaging examination on the bodies of deceased individuals in traffic accidents.The author explores the application of mobile CT in imaging examination of forensic corpses by using case studies as a starting point.The article introduces the characteristics of external injuries to the corpses of deceased persons in this traffic accident,analyzes the limitations of traditional forensic corpse examination and identification methods,demonstrates the application effect of mobile CT in imaging examination of corpses of deceased persons in traffic accidents,explores the application value and key problems of mobile CT in thisfield,and looks forward to the application prospects of this technology in forensic imaging examination of abnormal death corpses such as traffic accidents.This case study demonstrates that mobile CT can be used to assist in diagnosing the cause of death,analyzing injury mechanisms,etc.,which helps to improve the quality and efficiency of forensic autopsy identification.It has significant advantages in forensic examination of abnormal death corpses such as traffic accidents.
