硅孔雀石硫化焙烧重构过程的机理研究

摘要 针对典型氧化铜矿物硅孔雀石直接浮选难以回收的问题,以硫化焙烧的方式对其进行了硫化重构,考察了不同硫化焙烧条件对硅孔雀石浮选回收率的影响,并利用XRD、XPS、SEM-EDS等检测手段探究了硫化焙烧重构过程的机理。结果表明,硅孔雀石颗粒由外向内与硫蒸气发生硫化反应,表面生成的Cu_(2)S硫化层将颗粒完全包裹,改善了丁基黄药的捕收效果,进而提高了浮选回收率。在S_(2)与CuSiO_(3)·2H_(2)O物质的量之比0.6、硫化焙烧温度900℃、硫化焙烧时间10 min的适宜重构条件下,硅孔雀石的浮选回收率指标达83.94%。 In response to the problem that it is difficult to recover chrysocolla,which is a typical oxidized copper mineral,by direct flotation,its sulfide reconstruction was carried out by sulfide roasting.The effects of different sulfide reconstruction conditions on the flotation recovery of chrysocolla were investigated,and the mechanism of sulfide reconstruction to enhance flotation was explored by using XRD,XPS,SEM-EDS and other testing methods.The results showed that the chrysocolla particles undergo a sulfidation reaction with sulfur vapor from the outside to the inside,and the generated Cu_(2)S sulfide layer completely wraps the surface of the particles,which improves the trapping effect of the butyl xanthine,and then improves the flotation recovery.Under the appropriate reconstruction conditions of amount of substance ratio of S_(2) and CuSiO_(3)·2H_(2)O of 0.6,sulfide reconstruction temperature of 900℃,and sulfide reconstruction time of 10 min,the flotation recovery of chrysocolla can be obtained as 83.94%.
