云南某难选氧硫混合铜矿石的新型药剂浮选试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 云南某氧硫混合铜矿石氧化率高、铜矿物嵌布粒度细、钙镁等易泥化脉石含量高,为充分利用该矿石资源,采用“铜硫混合浮选—混合精矿铜硫分离—混浮尾矿再选氧化铜”流程开展了新型药剂浮选试验研究。在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占85%的条件下,应用新型捕收剂KM23和起泡剂730A选出混合铜硫精矿,应用组合抑制剂石灰+LY分离浮选出硫化铜矿物,应用组合活化剂硫化钠+氯化铵浮选出氧化铜矿物,最终获得铜品位为22.56%、铜回收率为42.91%的硫化铜精矿和铜品位为20.64%、铜回收率为27.18%的氧化铜精矿,铜综合回收率为70.09%。有价金属银在铜精矿中富集,硫化铜精矿含银145.7 g/t、氧化铜精矿含银91.17 g/t。研究结果可作为该矿石开发利用的依据。 An oxygen-sulfur mixed copper ore in Yunnan has high oxidation rate,fine copper mineral embedded grain size,high content of easily muddied veinstones such as calcium and magnesium.In order to fully utilize the resources of this ore,the process of"mixed flotation of copper and sulfur-separation of copper and sulfur in mixed concentrate-re-election of copper oxide in mixed tailings"was adopted to carry out experimental research on new type of flotation chemicals.Under the condition that the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm accounting for 85%,the new type of trapping agent KM23 and foaming agent 730A are applied to select the mixed copper and sulfur concentrates,the combination of inhibitor lime+LY flotation of copper sulfide ores,and the combination of activator sodium sulfide+ammonium chloride for flotation of oxidized copper ores.Finally,copper sulfide concentrate with a copper grade of 22.56% and a copper recovery rate of 42.91% and copper oxide concentrate with a copper grade of 20.64% and a copper recovery rate of 27.18% can be obtained,and the comprehensive copper recovery rate is 70.09%.Valuable metal silver is enriched in the copper concentrate,the sulfide copper concentrate contains 145.7 g/t of silver,and the oxidized copper concentrate contains 91.17 g/t of silver.The research results can be used as the basis for the development and utilization of the ore.
