摘要
研究了均匀化退火对6061铝合金圆铸锭组织性能的影响.结果表明,均匀化退火后,消除或减少了6061铝合金圆铸锭晶内应力和内偏析,使铸造组织更加均匀.与未均匀化退火的圆铸锭相比,均匀化退火后的圆铸锭挤压突破压力低10%~20%,挤压棒材表面质量更好,强度更高.本试验为优化6061铝合金的挤压工艺提供了参考.
The experiment was conducted on the effect of homogenization annealing on the casting microstructure and extrusion properties of 6061 aluminum alloy billets.The results show that the annealed 6061 aluminum alloy billets have more homogenized casting micro-structure due to elimination or reduction of internal stress and intragranular segregation.Compared with the non-annealed billets,the annealed ones have 10%-20%lower extrusion breakthrough pressure and better surface.This experiment provides a reference for optimizing the extrusion process of 6061 aluminum alloy.
