五倍子天然染料真丝染色工艺研究

Study on the dyeing process of silk with gallnut natural dyes

本文采用五倍子天然染料应用于真丝进行染色工艺研究,分别从媒浴工艺参数以及染浴工艺参数两个方面进行优化,调整了媒染剂用量、p H值、温度、染色时间等,探究不同工艺参数的改变对于染色效果的影响,从而得到了五倍子天然染料使用前媒法染色工艺对于真丝进行染色的最佳工艺条件。

In this paper,gallnut natural dye was used to study the dyeing process of silk.The mordant bath process parameters and dye bath process parameters are optimized respectively.The mordant dosage,pH value,temperature,dyeing time,etc.were adjusted to explore the influence of changes in different process parameters on the dyeing effect.Thus,the optimal process conditions for dyeing silk with gallnut natural dye using the pre-mordant dyeing process were obtained.
