中国民航业高质量发展与区域可持续发展的耦合协调分析

Coupling Coordination Between Civil Aviation Industry High-quality Development and Regional Sustainable Development in China

在“双碳目标”背景下,中国的节能减排工作任重而道远,其中的重要一环就是交通运输业中的民航业。本研究基于2011—2020年省份面板数据,系统测度了民航业发展状况与区域可持续发展的耦合协调度。通过构建耦合协调模型分析耦合协调度,采用广义矩估计法(GMM)进行影响因素分析。(1)在时间层面,从2011到2020,二者的耦合协调度整体上呈现出波动性上升的趋势,2020年有所下降是由于民航业受到疫情的冲击较大。随着民航业的复苏,未来二者的耦合协调度还会进一步提升。(2)我国民航发展与区域可持续发展耦合协调度数值在东南地区相对较高、中西部地区相对较低,整体呈现出连片集聚发展特征。(3)经济发展水平、产业结构、科技投入、教育投入、交通运输投入与环境保护投入均可影响两者耦合协调度。在未来,需要推动各省份民航业的均衡发展和绿色发展。

Under the background of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals",China's energy conservation and emission reduction work is long-term,the important part of them is the civil aviation industry.Based on the panel data from 2011-2020,this study systematically measures the coupling coordination between civil aviation industry high-quality development and regional sustainable development.By constructing a coupling coordination model to analyze coupling coordination,the generalized moment estimation method(GMM)is used to analyze the influencing factors.[Results](1)At the time level,from 2011 to 2020,the overall coupling coordination between the two shows a fluctuating upward trend,and the decrease in 2020 is due to the significant impact of the epidemic on the civil aviation industry.With the recovery of the civil aviation industry,the coupling and coordination between the two will further improve in the future.(2)The coupling and coordination degree values of China's civil aviation development and regional sustainable development are relatively high in the southeast region and relatively low in the central and western regions,showing an overall feature of continuous agglomeration development.(3)The level of economic development,industrial structure,scientific and technological investment,education investment,transportation investment,and environmental protection investment can all affect the coupling and coordination of the two.
