Suggestions for Promoting the Development of Road-Industry Integration in China

深入推进路产融合发展能够有效优化资源配置和提升服务水平,对于促进经济增长和实现区域协调发展具有重要意义。本文立足我国路衍经济发展现状,分析了推进我国路产融合发展存在的主要问题,并结合我国产业战略布局和公路行业发展趋势,分析了推动路产融合发展面临的主要形势和要求,最后从理念引导、综合规划、顶层设计、用地模式、资金保障等五个方面,提出促进我国路产融合发展的建议,为推动路产融合有效实施提供了决策参考。

Promoting the integrated development of road infrastructure and industries can effectively optimize resource allocation and improve service levels.This is important for stimulating economic growth and achieving regional coordinated development.Based on the current road economy development in China,this paper analyzed the main issues in advancing the road-industry integration,examined the key trends as well as the requirements for promoting this integration in line with China's industrial strategic layout,and addressed suggestions from five perspectives:conceptual guidance,comprehensive planning,top-level design,land use models,and funding assurance.These recommendations aim to provide decision-making references for the effective implementation of integrated road infrastructure and industrial development.
