厦门城市公共交通体系融合发展对策

On the Countermeasures of Integrated Development of Xiamen Urban Public Transportation System

针对现状公共交通客流增长乏力、公共交通体系融合不足、公共交通服务覆盖不均,为进一步促进公共交通融合发展,明晰多层次公共交通系统功能定位,加强常规公交与地铁、BRT的接驳,减少公交与地铁的重复竞争,方便群众出行,提出“总量做大、体系协调、资源整合”发展目标,从强化轨道交通客流吸引、适度拓展延伸BRT、优化提升常规公交、创新特色公交服务等方面提出对策。

In view of the current situation of weak growth of public transport passenger flow,insufficient integration of public transport system and uneven coverage of public transport service,in order to further promote the integrated development of public transport,clarify the functional positioning of multi-level public transport system,strengthen the connection between conventional buses and subways and BRT,reduce the repeated competition between buses and subways,and facilitate people's travel,Keeping the development goals of"increasing the total amount,coordinating the system and integrating resources",and puts forward strategy from the aspects of strengthening attraction to subway passenger flow,appropriately expanding and extending BRT,optimizing and improving conventional public transport,and innovating characteristic public transport services.
