摘要
知识经济的迅猛发展对科学教育的育人质量提出了更高、更新的要求,赋予科学教育新的时代内涵。新时代中小学科学教育作为提高全民科学素质最关键、最基础的工作,是国家创新驱动发展战略的重要支撑,具有跨域交融、知行合一、协同共育等主要特征。近年来,我国科学教育的质量和成效稳步提升,但仍面临评价导向的二维离散、人文精神的底蕴流失、数字技术的介入失衡、参与主体的人本抽离等现实问题。进行全要素、全流程、全链条的科学教育深化改革,做好科学教育的“减法”;统筹促进大科学教育格局形成,做好科学教育的“加法”,是“双减”背景下基础教育阶段一体化推进教育、科技、人才高质量发展的重要举措。
The rapid development of the knowledge economy has put forward higher and more updated requirements for the quality of education in science,endowing science education with new connotations.In the New Era,science education in primary and secondary schools is the most crucial and fundamental work to improve the scientific literacy of the entire population.It is an important support for the national innovation and development strategy and has the main characteristics of cross-regional integration,integration of knowledge and action,and collaborative education.In recent years,the quality and effectiveness of science education in China have steadily improved,but it still faces practical problems such as the two-dimensional dispersion of evaluation orientation,the loss of humanistic spirit,the imbalance of digital technology intervention,and the separation of human-centered participants.Thus,it is necessary to deepen the reform of science education with all elements,processes,and chains,and do a good job in subtraction in science education.The coordinated formation of a pattern of big science education and the implementation of"addition"in science education are important measures to promote the integrated development of education,technology,and high-quality talents in the basic education stage under the background of doublereduction.
