摘要
城乡学校共同体建设是推进区域城乡教育融合发展的重要途径。为了更好地推进城乡学校共同体建设,重点要了解其系统逻辑,疏通共同体建设过程中存在的障碍。城乡学校共同体是在区域统筹的融合办学模式下,以乡镇“三所学校”为重点,以“1+1+N”为组织形式,建成互联互通的区域城乡教育网络。城乡学校共同体建设遵循系统的流动逻辑,以县域为基本单元,以县城优质教育为载体,从县域视角关注城乡教育整体联动。城乡学校共同体重塑县域城乡教育优质均衡发展格局,通过师资同盘、学生共育、技术赋能、教研引领等实践推动,真正在内涵发展上下功夫,共建共享城乡优质资源,实现城乡教育融合发展,为乡村振兴提供基础支撑。
Building urban-rural school communities is a crucial approach to promoting the integration of education in urban and rural areas.To effectively advance this development,it is essential to understand the underlying systematic logic and address the obstacles that hinder its progress.Urban-rural school communities are established following a regional collaborative education model,with a focus on township‘three schools'and adopting a ‘1+1+N'organizational structure to create an interconnected educational network between urban and rural areas.The development of urban-rural school communities,following a systematic flow,uses counties as the basic units and leverages the high-quality education resources of county towns.It focuses on the overall linkage of urban and rural education from the county-level perspective,with the core goal of achieving sustainable human development.This approach emphasizes the interdependence and mutual promotion between county and township schools,so as to bring about their integrated development.Urban-rural school communities reshape the balanced and high-quality development of county education.By implementing practices such as sharing teaching resources,collaborative student education,technological training,and research-led teaching,it focuses on seeking substantial and sustainable development of students.This approach fosters the joint creation and sharing of high-quality resources in both urban and rural areas,and facilitates the fusion of urban and rural education and provides a fundamental support for rural revitalization.
