摘要
华夏高架路是服务于浦东机场的快速北通道,建设过程中因部分匝道不具备实施条件而暂未实施,且未在川沙地区设置匝道,导致华夏高架路无法有效服务于川沙地区。为了完善高快速路网功能,提升通道服务水平,改善川沙地区交通出行条件,满足新一轮总体规划对川沙城市副中心的功能定位,考虑在华夏高架路增设匝道。在选择增设上下匝道的设计方案时,重点从交通功能、服务能力、建设规模、社会影响、工程投资等方面进行了比选并提出了推荐方案,以期为快速路改建增设匝道的工程提供借鉴。
Huaxia Elevated Road is a fast north channel serving Pudong Airport.During the construction process,some ramps do not meet the implementation conditions and have not been implemented,and no ramps are constructed in Chuansha.As a result,Huaxia Elevated Road cannot serve Chuansha effectively.In order to perfect the functionality of the high-speed expressway network,promote the service level of the channel,improve the traffic conditions in the Chuansha and meet the new round of overall planning for the urban sub-center function positioning of Chuansha,the ramps are considered to add on Huaxia Elevated Road.The scheme study is focused on adding the on-off ramps in Chuansha.The schemes are compared,selected and recommended from the aspects of traffic function,service capacity,construction scale,social impact and engineering investment in order to provide the reference for the projects of adding ramps in expressway reconstruction.
