装配式悬臂挡土墙设计和施工关键技术研究

摘要 为克服传统悬臂式挡土墙施工周期长、质量控制难、对社会环境影响大等弊端,本文系统地探讨了预制装配式悬臂挡土墙在设计和施工中的关键技术,包括挡土墙预制构件的优化和连接方式、生产模具和吊装工艺、构件的运输与安装、拼缝的处理等,形成了一整套用以指导预制装配式悬臂挡土墙设计和施工的成果,并应用于浙江省嘉兴市市区快速路环线工程,通过实践证明该技术具有施工快、质量高、效益好等显著优点,为后续相关工程建设提供参考和借鉴。 In order to overcome the drawbacks of traditional cantilever retaining walls such as long construction cycles,difficult quality control,and significant social and environmental impacts,the key technologies for the design and construction of prefabricated cantilever retaining walls are systematically discussed,including the optimization and connection methods of prefabricated retaining wall components,production molds and hoisting processes,transportation and installation of components,and treatment of joints.A complete set of achievements guiding the design and construction of prefabricated cantilever retaining walls has been formed,and has been applied to the Jiaxing City Expressway Loop Line Project in Zhejiang Province.The practice shows that the technology has obvious advantages such as fast construction,high quality,and good benefits,which can provide reference for the subsequent engineering construction.
