乡村振兴视域下农民主体意识提升研究

Research on Enhancing Farmers'Subjective Consciousness from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

农民主体意识作为乡村发展的重要内生动力,对乡村振兴具有重要意义。文章采用文献研究法和理论研究法分析农民主体意识现状,结果表明,现阶段农民主体意识的提升主要受限于农民自我认同感不高、农民收入水平较低、农民创新意识不足以及农村缺乏人才支撑等方面,要从厚植乡村文化沃土、推动农村经济发展、提高农民综合素质以及完善农村基层民主建设四个方面入手赋能农民主体意识的提升,激发农民主动性和创造性,协调推进农村物质文明和精神文明丰富发展,助力实现乡村全面振兴。

As an important endogenous driving force for rural development,the subject consciousness of farmers is of great signifi⁃cance for rural revitalization.This article uses literature research and theoretical research methods to analyze the current situation of farmers subject consciousness.The results show that the improvement of farmers subject consciousness is mainly limited by the low self-identity of farmers,low income levels of farmers,insufficient innovation awareness of farmers,and lack of talent support in rural areas.It is necessary to focus on the four aspects of cultivating rural culture,boosting rural economic development,promoting farmerscomprehensive quality and improving the construction of grassroots democracy in rural areas,so as to enhance farmerssubjective consciousness,stimulate their initiative and creativity,coordinate the development of rural material and spiritual civiliza⁃tion,and help to achieve comprehensive rural revitalization.
