降低轮胎硫化机故障不良品率的探索

摘要 轮胎硫化机是轮胎生产的关键设备,其稳定性和可靠性对于生产效率和产品质量具有决定性影响。然而,实际生产中的轮胎硫化机故障和不良品问题一直是棘手的问题。本文分析了轮胎硫化机故障的原因,并提出了一系列降低不良品率的措施。通过QC工具的运用,设备管理更加规范,解决了设备存在的重大隐患,设备问题造成的不良率及生产成本明显下降,设备废品不良率由2022年的0.023%下降至2023年的0.014 5%,改善后,不良率下降0.008 5%。 Tire vulcanizing machine is a key equipment in tire production,and its stability and reliability have a decisive impact on production efficiency and product quality.However,the problems of tire vulcanizing machine malfunctions and defective products in actual production have always been thorny issues.This article analyzes the causes of tire vulcanizing machine failures and proposes a series of measures to reduce the defect rate.Through the use of QC tools,equipment management has become more standardized and major hidden dangers in the equipment have been resolved.The defect rate and production cost caused by equipment problems have significantly decreased,with the defect rate dropping from 0.023% in 2022 to 0.0145% in 2023.After improvement,the defect rate decreased by 0.008 5%.
