摘要
以浙江省枣产业重点产区义乌市为例,总结了浙江省鲜食枣产业发展现状及栽培技术,分析了鲜食枣产业发展中存在的问题,并针对问题开展前景分析,提出六大发展对策:加强鲜食枣产业服务,树立发展鲜食枣产业信心;提升鲜食枣栽培科技含量,化解鲜食枣与加工枣的冲突;扩大鲜食枣贮藏保鲜加工服务能力,增强产业发展潜力;优化义乌市枣结构,改变加工枣单一现状;继续加强与科研院校合作,促进良种多样化;加强鲜食枣的采摘游与文化游结合,带动鲜食枣产业发展。
This article takes Yiwu City,a key jujube production area in Zhejiang Province,as an example to summarize the development status and cultivation techniques of the fresh jujube industry in Zhejiang Province.It analyzes the problems in the development of the fresh jujube industry and conducts prospect analysis based on the problems.Six development strategies are proposed,strengthen the service of the fresh jujube industry and establish confidence in the development of the fresh jujube industry;enhance the technological content of fresh jujube cultivation and resolve the conflict between fresh jujube and processed jujube;expand the capacity of fresh jujube storage,preservation and processing services,and enhance the potential for industrial development;optimize the jujube structure in Yiwu City and change the current situation of single processed dates;continue to strengthen cooperation with research institutions and promote the diversification of high-quality varieties;strengthen the combination of picking and cultural tourism of fresh jujube,and drive the development of the fresh jujube industry.
