摘要
中共中央2023年颁布的中央一号文件中强调,要抓紧抓好粮食和重要农产品稳产保供、加强农业基础设施建设、强化农业科技和装备支持、推动乡村产业高质量发展、拓宽农民增收致富渠道。葡萄是中国种植面积较大的几种水果之一,曾经在精准扶贫及全面推进乡村振兴的工作中发挥着重要作用。近年来中国葡萄产业发展迅速,尤其向着产业基础好、资源禀赋优、出口能力大、经济效益高的区域发展,地域资源优势逐渐凸显。在此优势基础上,如何实现经济效益最大化以及葡萄产业的可持续发展是我们一直探究的问题。分析不同地区葡萄产业的发展现状,通过纵向分析,探究发展过程中所存在的优势和不足,提出针对性解决措施,为实现中国葡萄产业的可持续发展厘清思路。
The No.1 Central Document issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in2023 emphasizes that we should pay close attention to the stable production and supply of grain and important agricultural products,strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure,strengthen the support of agricultural science and technology and equipment,promote the high-quality development of rural industries,and broaden the channels for farmers to increase their income.Grape is one of the fruits with a large planting area in China.It once played an important role in targeted poverty alleviation and comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.In recent years,China's grape industry has developed rapidly,especially in regions with good industrial foundation,excellent resource endowment,large export capacity and high economic benefits,and the advantages of regional resources have gradually become prominent.Based on this advantage,how to maximize the economic benefits and the sustainable development of the grape industry is a problem we have been exploring.Analyze the development status of grape industry in different regions through longitudinal analysis,explore the advantages and disadvantages in the development process,propose targeted solutions,and clarify ideas for the sustainable development of China's grape industry.
