摘要
针对电务车载设备生产过程中生产计划编制繁琐、生产任务难以跟踪、与外部信息系统间数据互不共享等问题,提出电务车载设备智能运维系统。通过与相关信息系统的互联互通,解决电务车载设备生产中数据的共享问题;采用智能化生产计划编排技术,自动生成年、月、日计划,并将计划中的任务分派到相关的工区或个人,按照生产作业数据,形成机车、设备的运维履历及人员的作业履历;使用便携式手持机替代传统的电脑端操作,提高电务日常作业的便捷性、高效性;提供多维度的统计报表,可直观掌握机车、设备、人员的动态数据,为决策提供依据。该系统已在武汉局上线运行,成为电务车载设备管理的必要工具。
An intelligent operation and maintenance system for onboard signal&communication(S&C)equipment is proposed to address challenges in the production process of onboard S&C equipment,including cumbersome production planning,difficult production task tracking,and limited data sharing with external information systems.Based on the interconnection and interoperability with relevant information systems,the system enables data sharing in the production process.By adopting intelligent production planning technology,the system can generate annual,monthly and daily plans automatically,and assign tasks in these plans to relevant work areas or individuals.Based on production operation data,the operation and maintenance records of locomotives and equipment,as well as personnel operation records,can be prepared.Through replacing traditional computer side operations with portable handheld device operations,the system can improve the convenience and efficiency of daily S&C operations.Additionally,it provides multi-dimensional statistical reports for intuitively grasping the dynamic data of locomotives,equipment and personnel,providing a basis for informed decision-making.The intelligent operation and maintenance system for onboard S&C equipment has been implemented successfully by China Railway Wuhan Group,and has become a necessary tool in the management of onboard S&C equipment.
