摘要
“传热学”是能源动力类专业最重要的专业基础课之一,随着高校教育教学改革的不断深化以及碳达峰碳中和决策的提出,“传热学”课程的教学改革成为一项重要任务。然而,热量传递过程的抽象性和复杂性导致“传热学”教学效果不佳,传统的教学方法如讲授法、案例分析法等已经难以使课程教学目标有效达成。通过引入CFD方法对教学过程中最复杂的换热现象——沸腾换热进行数值模拟,形象生动地展示沸腾现象以及沸腾换热的影响因素,通过强大的图形显示功能,使学生更易于理解和掌握课程中的基本理论,能有效解决课程教学中的一些难以讲解的问题,提高多媒体课堂教学水平。
Heat Transfer is one of the most important professional basic courses for energy and power majors.With the continuous deepening of education and teaching reform in colleges and universities and the proposal of the major strategic decision of“carbon peak,carbon neutrality”,the teaching reform of Heat Transfer course has also become an important task.However,the abstraction and complexity of the heat transfer process lead to the poor teaching effect of Heat Transfer,and traditional teaching methods such as lecture method and case analysis method can no longer meet the effective achievement of curriculum teaching objectives.In this paper,the CFD method is introduced to simulate the boiling heat transfer,which is the most complex heat transfer phenomenon in the teaching process.The boiling phenomenon and the influencing factors of boiling heat transfer are vividly displayed.Through the powerful graphic display function,it is easier for students to understand and master the basic theory in the course,which can effectively solve some difficult problems in the course and improve the multimedia classroom teaching level.
