核电安全领域全日制专业硕士培养模式探索

摘要 为保障我国核电行业的安全发展,亟须培养核电安全领域高层次应用型人才。需要针对核电安全领域全日制专业硕士探索出一种科学合理的培养模式,培养既具备核电安全基础知识和技能,又有实践经验和创新能力的高级人才。分析核电安全领域对高层次应用型人才的需求特点,阐明了专业硕士培养面临的问题,提出了安全工程与核电学科交叉培养新模式。研究成果可以满足国际核电行业安全发展的人才培养需求,也有利于拓展安全工程和核能工程传统专业的发展方向。 In order to ensure the safe development of China’s nuclear power industry,it is urgent to cultivate high-level applied talents in the field of nuclear power safety.A scientific and reasonable cultivation mode needs to be explored for full-time professional master’s degree in the field of nuclear power safety to cultivate senior talents with both basic knowledge and skills of nuclear power safety,as well as practical experience and innovation ability.This study analyzes the characteristics of the demand for high-level applied talents in the field of nuclear power safety.The problems facing the cultivation of professional master in this direction are clarified,and a new model of cross-cultivation between safety engineering and nuclear power disciplines is proposed.The research results can meet the talent cultivation needs of international nuclear power industry for safety development.It also helps to expand the development direction of traditional majors in safety engineering and nuclear power engineering.
