民航高职院校“钳工中级实训与鉴定”课程思政探究

Exploration of Curriculum Ideology and Politics of Fitter Intermediate Training and Appraisal Course in Civil Aviation Higher Vocational Colleges

“钳工中级实训与鉴定”是机械制造类专业学生的必修课,旨在锻炼学生实际动手操作能力,提高学生职业素养,夯实理论基础,理实结合,培养德智体美劳“五育并举”的高素质技术技能型人才。通过教学实践发现,学生在实训课程学习中,存在学习无动力、无目标、态度消极等问题,在课程中融入思想政治内容,能够有效激发学生的学习动力,树立积极的学习态度,课程思政体系建设成为亟待解决的问题。以高职院校“钳工中级实训与鉴定”课程为例,以课题为切入点,将思政元素契合地融入课程教学内容,围绕课程思政视域下的钳工课程教学目标、实施方案、实施保障和教学效果等,全方位、多角度地阐述了新时代职业技能课程思政体系建设思路。

Fitter Intermediate Training and Appraisal is a required course for students majoring in mechanical manufacturing.It aims to exercise students’practical operation ability,improve students’professional quality,lay a solid theoretical foundation,combine theory and reality,and cultivate high-quality technical talents with moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education.Through teaching practice,it is found that students have problems such as no motivation,no goal and negative attitude in the practical training course,and the addition of ideological and political content in the course can effectively stimulate students’motivation for learning and establish a positive learning attitude,and the construction of ideological and political body department in the course has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,taking the Fitter Intermediate Training and Appraisal course as an example,with the subject as the breakthrough point,the ideological and political elements are integrated into the course teaching content,and based on the teaching objectives,implementation plan,implementation guarantee and teaching effect,all-round,multi-angle explanation is made for curriculum ideology and politics system construction.
