摘要
肥料是支撑农业绿色发展转型的重要载体。我国化肥行业存在能源消耗高、绿色清洁技术少、肥料与农业需求脱节等问题。针对现有问题,根据张福锁院士提出的“绿色智能肥料”新理念,从肥料绿色化、智能化设计角度提出一种产品设计思路,对创制在资源属性、能源属性和环境属性方面实现养分资源充分利用的绿色智能肥料产品进行探索性讨论。
Fertilizer is an important carrier to support the green development and transformation of the agriculture.There exist some problems in China's fertilizer industry,such as high energy consumption,few green and clean technologies,and the disconnect between fertilizer production and agricultural demand.In view of the existing problems,according to the new concept of“green smart fertilizer”put forward by Academician Zhang Fu-suo,this paper provides a product design idea from the perspectives of green fertilizer and intelligent design,such as market demand,wastes recycling,production process innovation,raw materials selection,and intelligent material research and development.It also explores the creation of green smart fertilizer products that can make full use of nutrient resources in resource attributes,energy attributes and environmental attributes.
