摘要
利用化学气相沉积法在氨气(NH_(3))氛围下合成了镍铁双金属氮化物(Ni_(3)FeN)纳米颗粒,Ni_(3)FeN在碱性介质中的析氧反应(OER)表现出良好的催化活性。Ni_(3)FeN在电流密度为10 mA/cm^(2)时的过电势为287 mV,相较于Ni_(3)N性能提升了173 mV,塔菲尔斜率为60 mV/dec,催化剂在8 h的稳定性测试中仅衰减2.4%。电化学性能测试结果表明,Ni_(3)FeN具有良好的活性和稳定性,与单金属氮化物相比,双金属氮化物催化剂的本征活性得到了提升。
Nickel-iron bimetallic nitrides(Ni_(3)FeN)nanoparticles are synthesized via chemical vapor deposition method in ammonia atmosphere.The prepared Ni_(3)FeN shows good catalytic activity in oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in an alkaline medium.At a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2),the overpotential of Ni_(3)FeN in OER is 287 mV,Tafel slope is 60 mV·dec^(-1),and Ni_(3)FeN attenuates 2.4%only in 8 h of stability test.Electrochemical performance test results indicate that Ni 3FeN exhibits good activity and stability,and shows higher intrinsic activity than mono-metallic nitrides.
