摘要
以城市轨道交通中常用的DTⅥ2型扣件为研究对象,通过试验测试轨下弹性垫板、铁垫板下弹性垫板的静刚度以及组装后的扣件系统组装静刚度,分析道钉紧固扭矩、铁垫板下弹性垫板材质等对扣件系统组装静刚度的影响,研究弹性分开式扣件设置多层弹性垫层的合理性。结果表明:道钉紧固后,铁垫板下弹性垫板静刚度随道钉扭矩增加而增大,且增幅较大,垫板弹性损失严重;扣件系统组装静刚度随螺旋道钉扭矩增加而增大,但增幅不大;当道钉扭矩T=200 N·m时,铁垫板下弹性垫板不再提供弹性,此时将铁垫板下弹性垫板更换为绝缘缓冲垫板,扣件组装静刚度基本无变化。因此,弹性分开式扣件设置多层弹性垫层并不合理。
Taking the DTⅥ2 type fasteners commonly used in urban rail transit as the research object,the static stiffness of the elastic pad under the rail and iron pad,as well as the assembly static stiffness of the assembled fastener system,were tested through experiments.The influence of the fastening torque of the rail studs and the material of the elastic pad under the iron pad on the assembly static stiffness of the fastener system was analyzed,and the rationality of setting multiple layers of elastic pad layer for elastic indirect fasteners was studied.The results showed that after the rail stud was fastened,the static stiffness of the elastic pad under the iron pad increases with the increase of the rail stud torque,and the increase was significant,resulting in severe loss of pad elasticity.The assembly static stiffness of the fastener system increases with the increase of the torque of the spiral rail studs,but the increase is not significant.When the torque of the rail stud is 200 N·m,the elastic pad under the iron pad no longer provides elasticity.At this time,the elastic pad under the iron pad is replaced with an insulating buffer pad,and the assembly static stiffness of the fastener remains basically unchanged.Therefore,it is not reasonable to set multiple layers of elastic pad layer for elastic indirect fastener.
