市域(郊)铁路规划选线相关问题探讨——以上海示范区线为例

随着城市化进程的加速,市域(郊)铁路在城市交通体系中的作用日益凸显。本文首先介绍了国家对于市域(郊)铁路发展的政策,随后以上海示范区线为案例,深入分析了市域(郊)铁路在区域一体化发展中的功能定位和选线原则。市域(郊)铁路不仅能够加强城市核心区与外围区域的快速通达性,还能促进沿线土地开发和城市外围组团的发展。通过对上海示范区线的线网分析、功能定位、选线研究以及前期要素保障的详细探讨,本文强调了市域(郊)铁路规划选线对于实现线路功能、满足城市发展战略和支撑区域一体化的重要性。最后,总结了市域(郊)铁路对于优化城市空间布局、改善交通出行结构和缓解交通拥堵的积极影响,为我国市域(郊)铁路的未来发展提供参考。

With the acceleration of urbanization,the role of suburban rail in the urban transportation system has become increasingly prominent.This paper first reviews the national policies guiding the development of suburban rail systems and then takes the Shanghai Demonstration Area Line as a case study to conduct an in-depth analysis of the functional positioning and route selection principles of suburban rail systems in the context of regional integrated development.The paper points out that suburban rail systems not only enhance the rapid accessibility between the urban core and peripheral areas but also promote the development of land along the lines and the growth of urban periphery clusters.Through a detailed discussion of the network analysis,functional positioning,route selection research,and preliminary element safeguarding of the Shanghai Demonstration Area Line,this paper emphasizes the importance of suburban rail planning and route selection in achieving line functionality,meeting urban development strategies,and supporting regional integration.Finally,the paper summarizes the positive impact of suburban rail systems on optimizing urban spatial layout,improving traffic travel structure,and alleviating traffic congestion,providing a reference for the future development of suburban rail systems in China.
