摘要 针对桥梁健康监测系统庞大、维护困难这一问题,以某连续钢桁梁为研究对象,优化关键性指标,搭建大桥健康监测系统,监测内容包括结构特征监测及耐久性监测,建立信号采集与传输、阈值报警等模块,构建大桥精细化BIM+GIS(Building Information Modeling+Geographic Information System)模型。监测系统实现动态和静态数据综合采集与控制,包括结构应力、结构振动等动态信息及梁体挠度、支座位移、梁端转角、视频等静态信息,系统传感器反馈灵敏,数据采集准确稳定。分析监测数据发现桥梁各监测指标均小于阈值,且具有一定余量,满足桥梁设计要求,桥梁处于安全运行状态。 In response to the problem of the large size and difficult maintenance of the bridge health monitoring system,a continuous steel truss girder was taken as the research object to optimize key indicators and build a bridge health monitoring system.The monitoring content includes structural feature monitoring and durability monitoring,establishing signal acquisition and transmission,threshold alarm and other modules,and constructing a refined BIM+GIS(Building Information Modeling+Geographic Information System)model for the bridge.The monitoring system realizes the comprehensive collection and control of dynamic and static data,including dynamic information such as structural stress and vibration,as well as static information such as girder deflection,bearing displacement,girder end angle,and video.The sensor feedback of the system is sensitive and the data collection is accurate and stable.By analyzing the monitoring data,it is found that all monitoring indexes of the bridge are less than the threshold,and there is a certain margin,which meets the design requirements of the bridge and the bridge is in a safe operation state.
