碳化钢渣水泥砂浆抗压强度及膨胀性能试验研究

摘要 用钢渣按一定掺量替代天然砂制成水泥砂浆,进行抗压强度试验和膨胀性能试验,分析钢渣的碳化和掺量对水泥砂浆试件抗压强度和膨胀性能的影响。结果表明:未碳化钢渣水泥砂浆试件抗压强度随掺量增加而减小,碳化钢渣水泥砂浆试件抗压强度随掺量增加先增大后减小;钢渣水泥砂浆试件膨胀破损情况随钢渣掺量增加而愈加严重,龄期相同时未碳化钢渣水泥砂浆试件更快出现破损,且破损发展更严重,说明对钢渣进行碳化处理能够明显提升水泥砂浆的体积稳定性;钢渣水泥砂浆试件膨胀率总体上随钢渣掺量增加而增大。对于本文试验所用钢渣,掺量不超过45%时对钢渣进行碳化处理可抑制水泥砂浆试件的膨胀,但掺量达到60%时,掺入钢渣所导致的膨胀效应远大于钢渣碳化对其膨胀的抑制作用。研究结果可为碳化钢渣在工程中的应用提供参考。 The natural sand was replaced by steel slag at a certain dosage to make cement mortar.The compressive strength tests and expansion performance tests were conducted to analyze the effects of carbonization and dosage of steel slag on the compressive strength and expansion performance of cement mortar specimens.The results showed that the compressive strength of non-carbonized steel slag cement mortar specimens decreases with increasing dosage,while the compressive strength of carbonized steel slag cement mortar specimens first increases and then decreases with increasing dosage.The expansion and damage of steel slag cement mortar specimens become more severe with the increase of steel slag dosage.At the same age,non-carbonized steel slag cement mortar specimens show faster damage and more severe damage development,which indicates that carbonization treatment of steel slag can significantly improve the volume stability of cement mortar.The expansion rate of steel slag cement mortar specimens generally increases with the increase of steel slag dosage.For the steel slag used in this experiment,carbonization treatment of steel slag with the dosage not exceeding 45%can suppress the expansion of cement mortar specimens.However,when the dosage reaches 60%,the expansion effect caused by the addition of steel slag is much greater than the inhibitory effect of steel slag carbonization on its expansion.The research results can provide a reference for the application of carbonized steel slag in engineering.
