基于《黄帝内经》“气交”理论探析黄芽汤

摘要 黄芽汤乃黄元御所著《四圣心源》开篇首方,有“四维根本”“群方之祖”之称。基于《黄帝内经》“气交”理论分析黄芽汤药物配伍法则,认为黄芽汤以甘味辅气补中,以和合于内,辛味与气俱行,以斡旋于中,健中气以运四维,助机体阴阳气交,脏腑和合。临证以“气交”之理审视脏腑气化,可借药物之气化偏性纠正人体气机升降失交,维系自然、人体、药物之间的气化均衡,则临床用药可得法也。 Huangya Decoction is the first decoction of the opening chapter of HUANG Yuanyu’s Four Sacred Heart Sources,and is known as“the four-dimensional root”and“the ancestor of the group”.Based on the analysis of the law of drug matching of Huangya Decoction based on the theory of“qi jiao”in the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine,it is believed that Huangya Decoction nourishes the spleen and stomach with sweet flavor and auxiliary qi,and combines with the inside,spicy taste mediates in the middle,and strengthens the qi in four dimensions,helps the body to have yin and yang qi intercourse,and the internal organs are harmonious,then the clinical can be used medicinally.
