摘要
极端天气事件引发的暴雨洪涝灾害严重威胁水库的安全运行,从极限思维和底线思维的防汛观念出发,通过移植“75·8淮河暴雨”和2021年“郑州7·20暴雨”到陆浑水库进行洪水模拟,开展了暴雨移植情景下陆浑水库洪水模拟分析及应对策略的研究。研究结果表明:暴雨移植情景下陆浑水库现状工程的泄洪能力不足,水库需要增建非常溢洪道;非常溢洪道老虎沟出口方案施工工程量略大于汤池沟出口方案,但是后者涉及人员搬迁难度较大,故倾向于前者。根据模型试验结果对非常溢洪道的设计规模和方案进行了优化和完善。
The rainstorm and flood disaster caused by extreme weather events seriously threatens the safe operation of the reservoir.Starting from the concept of flood control of extreme thinking and bottom line thinking,the flood discharge capacity of the current project of Luhun Reservoir cannot meet the actual needs of excessive flood prevention in the future.By transplanting Huaihe River rainstorm occurred in Au-gust of 1975 and Zhengzhou rainstorm occurred in July of 2021 to Luhun Reservoir for flood simulation,this paper carried out the flood simu-lation analysis and coping strategy of Luhun Reservoir under the rainstorm transplantation scenario.The results show that the flood discharge capacity of the current Luhun Reservoir is insufficient,and the reservoir needs to build extra spillway;The construction quantity of Laohukou exit scheme of emergency spillway is slightly greater than that of Tanggou exit scheme,but the latter involves more difficult personnel reloca-tion,so it is inclined to the former.The extraordinary spillway design scale and scheme are proposed,and the design scale and scheme of the extraordinary spillway are optimized and improved through the model test.
