在成渝地区双城经济圈建设的重大战略决策驱动下,四川和重庆已进入高质量融合式发展新阶段,两省市毗邻地区成为一体化发展前沿阵地。以十大功能平台为抓手,推进成渝地区双城经济圈一体化发展,需要进一步强化多层次规划政策的融合和协同,加快多主体利益机制的构建和实施,提高多方面基础支撑的效能和合力。

Driven by the major strategic decision of building the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle,Sichuan and Chongqing have entered a new stage of high-quality integrated development,and the adjacent areas of the two provinces and cities have become the frontier of integrated development.Taking the ten functional platforms as the starting point to promote the integrated development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle,it is necessary to further strengthen the integration and coordination of multi-level planning policies,accelerate the construction and implementation of multi-agent interest mechanisms,and improve the efficiency and synergy of multi-faceted basic supports.
