摘要
厦门新机场片区工程是我国机场建设历史上最复杂的工程之一,是典型的大型群体复杂工程。本文基于厦门新机场片区工程成功的工期管控实践,采用系统论整体论控制论、项目总控和重大工程组织理论等理论和方法,提出目标工期管控平台SOCP总体框架体系,包括结构化总进度计划体系、全过程动态控制体系和适应性管控机制体系,介绍SOCP在新机场工程实践中的总进度计划编制、过程控制和管控机制具体应用。
Xiamen new airport area is one of the most complex engineering projects in history,and it is also a typical large and complex colony project.Based on successful practice of schedule controlling in Xiamen new airport area engineering,combines system theory,holism,project master control theory,presents a schedule objective controlling platform system,inclouding a structured schedule system,a whole-process dynamic controlling system and a adaptive mechanism system.It also introduces the specific applications of schedule,controlling and mechanism in Xiamen new airport area.
