摘要
针对IF钢边部黑线问题,分析认为板坯边部形状,热轧立辊使用周期、材质及侧压量等是导致边部黑线的主要原因。通过采取倒角结晶器改变板坯边部形状,缩短立辊使用周期,优化立辊材质及减小立辊侧压量等措施,IF钢边部黑线缺陷率由0.57%降至0.39%,每月可节省14万元。
In view of the problem that black lines occurred on the edges of IF steels,it was believed that the shapes of the edges of the slabs,the service life of a hot-rolled vertical roller,the materials and rolling reduction against the sides of the slabs were the main causes leading to the defect of black lines at the sides based on analysis.By taking such measures as adopting a chamfer crystallizer for changing the shapes of the edges of the slabs,shorting the use cycle of the vertical rollers,optimizing the materials of the vertical roller and reducing the rolling reduction from the sides of the vertical rollers,the black line defect rate on edges of IF steels was reduced to 0.39%from 0.57%,which could save 140,000 yuan per month.
