“两山山”理念指引下陕南生态产品价值实现的路径选择——以安康市为例

Path Selection for Realizing the Value of Ecological Products in Southern Shaanxi Under the Guidance of the“Two Mountains”Concept

推动生态产品价值实现是践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念、带动百姓增收致富的关键路径。“十四五”时期,陕西省委、省政府将绿色循环确定为陕南发展战略并支持陕南三市开展生态产品价值实现机制试点。本文以安康市为考察对象,总结梳理了该市推动生态产品价值实现的实践历程、经验成效及存在问题,就进一步优化完善陕南生态产品价值实现机制提出了对策建议。

The realization of the value of ecological products is a key path to practicing the concept of"green mountains and clear waters are invaluable assets"and achieving increased income and wealth for the people.During the 14th Five Year Plan period,the Shaanxi Provincial Party Commitee and Government identified green circulation as the development strategy for southern Shaanxi and supported the three cities in southern Shaanxi to carry out pilot mechanisms for realizing the value of ecological products.This article takes Ankang City as the research object,summarizes and sorts out the development process,experience,effectiveness,and existing problems of realizing the value of ecological products in the city,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for further optimizing and improving the mechanism of realizing the value of ecological products in southern Shaanxi.
