摘要
隔离供电系统是矿物成分检测设备的关键部分之一,其电能输送的效率直接影响其他设备的正常运行,而传动轴是电能输送的重要组件。设计了一种花键结构传动轴以满足强度要求,并采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对传动轴进行了模拟分析,模拟结果显示,传动轴在受扭转载荷的情况下,传动轴的应力应变分布是均匀的,其临界转速也符合设计指标。通过振动试验进行验证,实际工况下传动轴的转速比共振转速高出很多,可以避免共振现象的发生,说明所设计的传动轴性能能够达到隔离供电系统传动轴的要求。
The isolated power supply system is one of the key components of mineral composition detection equipment,and the efficiency of its electrical energy transmission directly affects the normal operation of other equipment,and the transmission shaft is an important component of electrical energy transmission.A spline structure transmission shaft was designed to meet the strength requirements,and ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to simulate and analyze the transmission shaft.The simulation results showed that under torsional load,the stress and strain distribution of the transmission shaft was uniform,and its critical speed also met the design specifications.And through vibration tests,it has been verified that the speed of the transmission shaft under actual working conditions is much higher than the resonance speed,which can avoid the occurrence of resonance phenomenon,indicating that the performance of the designed transmission shaft can meet the requirements of the isolated power supply system transmission shaft.
