摘要
通过对目前行业硫回收装置主要工艺流程的介绍,并对硫回收装置中使用鼓风机提供原料空气的方法在其运行过程中暴露问题进行分析研判,结合现场实际,创新提出一种用于硫回收装置的空气配送管线代替鼓风机提供原料空气的方案,达到资源合理配置,实现节能、环保目标,提高公司的经济和社会效益。
Through the introduction of the main process flow of sulfur recovery equipment in the current industry,and the analysis and judgment of the problems exposed during the operation of the method of using blowers to provide raw air in sulfur recovery equipment,combined with the actual situation on site,an innovative solution is proposed to replace blowers with air distribution pipelines for sulfur recovery equipment to provide raw air,achieve rational resource allocation,achieve energy-saving and environmental protection goals,and improve the company's economic and social benefits.
