肉牛全混合日粮(TMR)应用的研究进展

Research progress of TMR for beef cattle

近年来,随着肉牛养殖业的发展,越来越多的肉牛养殖从传统养殖模式向集约化、规模化养殖模式转变,与之匹配的全混合日粮(Total mixed diet,TMR)饲喂技术在肉牛养殖行业迎来了新的机遇。本文综述了TMR的国内外研究现状、制作工艺及相关要求、影响因素、饲喂效果评估,以期为TMR在实际生产中的应用提供参考。

In recent years,with the development of beef cattle breeding industry,more and more beef cattle breeding has changed from traditional farming mode to intensive and large-scale farming mode,and the matching Total mixed diet(TMR)feeding technology has ushered in new opportunities in beef cattle breeding industry.In this paper,the research status,production process,related requirements,influencing factors and feeding effect evaluation of total mixed ration at home and abroad were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the application of total mixed ration in practical production.
