玉米-豆粕型日粮添加复合酶制剂对育肥羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵参数和血清生化指标的影响

摘要 文章旨在研究玉米-豆粕型日粮添加复合酶制剂对育肥羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵参数和血清生化指标的影响。试验将144头健康、均重(20.78±0.37)kg的寒杂羊随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复6头,分别饲喂添加0、0.3、0.6和1.2 g/kg的复合酶试验日粮,试验为期100 d,其中预饲期7 d,正试期93 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,0.6和1.2 g/kg复合酶制剂组肉羊的末重分别显著提高2.90%和4.17%(P<0.05),平均日增重分别显著提高8.29%和8.42%(P<0.05);料肉比分别显著降低4.08%和4.90%(P<0.05),此外,复合酶制剂对肉羊初重和采食量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,0.6和1.2 g/kg复合酶制剂组肉羊血清GLU、TP、Alb含量显著提高(P<0.05);1.2 g/kg复合酶制剂组肉羊血清UN含量显著降低(P>0.05);1.2 g/kg复合酶制剂组肉羊血清T-AOC能力显著提高(P<0.05);此外,复合酶制剂对肉羊血清TG、TC含量,LDH、ALP活性及MDA含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。0.6和1.2 g/kg复合酶制剂组肉羊瘤胃pH显著降低(P<0.05);0.6和1.2 g/kg复合酶制剂组肉羊瘤胃乙酸和丁酸含量显著提高(P<0.05);1.2 g/kg复合酶制剂组肉羊瘤胃总挥发性脂肪酸含量显著提高(P<0.05);0.6和1.2 g/kg复合酶制剂组肉羊瘤胃微生物蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05);此外,复合酶制剂对肉羊瘤胃氨态氮、丁酸、戊酸、异丁酸、异戊酸含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:0.6和1.2 g/kg复合酶制剂通过改善饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮肉羊的瘤胃发酵参数和血清生化指标促进肉羊生长,综合成本考虑,推荐复合酶制剂在育肥羊中的添加剂量为0.6 g/kg。 Effects of corn and soybean meal diet supplemented with complex enzyme preparations on growth performance,rumen fermentation parameters and serum biochemical parameters of fattening sheep.A total of 144 healthy sheep with average weight(20.78±0.37 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 6 sheep per replicate.They were fed a test diet supplemented with 0,0.3,0.6 and 1.2 g/kg of complex enzyme,respectively,for 100 days,including 7 days of pre-test and 93 days of trial.The results showed that,Compared with the control group,the final weight of meat sheep in 0.6 and 1.2 g/kg MEP groups was significantly increased by 2.90%and 4.17%(P<0.05),and the average daily gain was significantly increased by 8.29%and 8.42%(P<0.05),respectively.The ratio of feed to meat was significantly decreased by 4.08%and 4.90%(P<0.05),respectively.In addition,MEP had no significant effects on initial weight and feed intake of mutton sheep(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum GLU,TP and Alb contents of meat sheep in 0.6 and 1.2 g/kg MEP groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);Serum UN content of meat sheep in 1.2 g/kg MEP group was significantly decreased(P>0.05).Serum T-AOC capacity of meat sheep in 1.2 g/kg MEP group was significantly increased(P<0.05);In addition,MEP had no significant effects on serum TG and TC contents,LDH,ALP activities and MDA contents of meat sheep(P>0.05).Rumen pH of meat sheep in 0.6 and 1.2 g/kg MEP groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05);Ruminal acetic acid and butyric acid contents of meat sheep in 0.6 and 1.2 g/kg MEP groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);Rumen total volatile fatty acid content of meat sheep in 1.2 g/kg MEP group was significantly increased(P<0.05);Rumen microbial protein content of meat sheep in 0.6 and 1.2 g/kg MEP groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);In addition,MEP had no significant effects on rumen contents of ammonia nitrogen,butyric acid,valeric acid,isobutyric acid and isovaleric acid(P>0.05).Conclusion:0.6 and 1.2 g/kg MEP can improve rumen fermentation parameters and serum biochemical parameters of meat sheep fed corn soybean meal diet to promote the growth of meat sheep.Considering the overall cost,it is recommended to add 0.6 g/kg MEP to fattening sheep.
