摘要
传统的饲料产品市场营销主要依赖于线下渠道,不仅费时费力,而且通常只能辐射本地或邻近地区的市场。随着电子商务的广泛应用,让许多饲料企业开始探索如何将饲料产品投放到更广阔的市场中,以有效应对饲料产能过剩的问题。而饲料电商由于涉及不同地域间的交易,通常需要通过严密的合同来确保双方的权益。因此,饲料企业要从合同管理角度出发,识别饲料电商相关经济业务活动中的潜在风险,并制定有效的风险规避策略,助力饲料电商的高质量发展。
Traditional feed product marketing mainly relies on offline channels,which is not only time-consuming and laborious,but usually only radiates to local or neighboring markets.Whith the widespread application of e-commerce has led many feed companies to explore how to market their feed products in a broader market to effectively address the problem of excess feed production capacity.As feed e-commerce involves transactions between different regions,it usually requires strict contracts to ensure the rights and interests of both parties.Therefore,feed enterprises should start from the perspective of contract management,identify potential risks in economic business activities related to feed e-commerce,and formulate effective risk avoidance strategies to help promote the high-quality development of feed e-commerce.
