摘要
情感是教师职业生活中不可或缺的部分,教师在职业活动中付出了大量的情感劳动。而目前教师评价主要围绕教学实践开展,鲜少关注教师的情感劳动。基于此,从情感劳动视角出发,提出关照教师评价的情感维度之应然与可为。在开展教师评价过程中,情感劳动不仅应该被看见,还理应成为教师立德树人、职业发展的内在动力与源泉。建议从评价目的和功能出发,作“为了教师实践立德树人成效的评价”;从评价主体层面出发,注重教师在情感劳动中的主体地位;积极开展教师情感劳动的个性化评价与反思性评价;在评价方法的选择上,将质性评价与量化评价相结合。
Emotion is an indispensable part of teachers'professional life,in which amount of emotional labor is done.Current teacher evaluation mainly focuses on teaching practice rather than teachers'emotional labor.This study explores the necessity and possibility of affective dimension of teacher evaluation based on the view of emotional labor.In the process of teacher evaluation,emotional labor should be valued and regarded as the inner power and source of teachers'moral education and professional development.The study advocates following specific suggestions:from the perspective of purpose and function of evaluation,making effective evaluation of teachers'practice of moral education;from the perspective of evaluation subject,focusing on teachers'subject status in emotional labor and making individualized evaluation and reflective evaluation on teachers'emotional labor actively;from the perspective of evaluation methods,combining qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.
