Status of Water Resources Development and Utilization and Suggestions in Liaocheng

介绍了聊城市水资源严重短缺、地区分布不平衡、年际年内变化大等基本特征,分析了在水资源利用方面存在的农业用水占比高、水源利用不平衡、水资源利用率低等问题,总结了水资源管控工作中主要做法,并提出了几点建议。

This paper introduces the basic characteristics of serious shortage of water resources,unbalanced regional distribution and inter-annual drastic changes in Liaocheng Municipality,analyzes the existing problems of high proportion of agricultural water use,unbalanced use of water resources and low utilization rate of water resources,summarizes the main methods of water resources management,and puts forward several suggestions.
