枣庄市城乡供水保障面临的挑战及对策

The Challenges of Urban and Rural Water Supply Security and Countermeasures in Zaozhuang

新的《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2022)于2023年4月1日正式实施后,枣庄市由于城乡供水水源单一、净化设施落后、水源保护不到位、管护机制不健全等因素,致使城乡供水水质保障工作面临新的挑战。枣庄市通过印发行动方案压实主体责任,采取优选处理工艺、实施管网改造、科学配置资源、用好金融政策、撬动价格杠杆、构建信息平台、开展部门合作等技术措施,全面提升城乡供水保障水平。

After the official implementation of the new"Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water"(GB 5749-2022)on April 1,2023,Zaozhuang Municipality faces new challenges due to the single urban and rural water supply source,backward purification facilities,inadequate water source protection,and laggard management and protection mechanism.By issuing action plans,Zaozhuang Municipality clears the main responsibility,adopts technical measures such as optimizing treatment processes,implementing pipe network transformation,scientific allocation of resources,making good use of financial policies,leveraging price levers,building information platforms,and carrying out departmental cooperation to comprehensively improve the urban and rural water supply security.
