随着全球老龄化趋势的加速发展,老年人的语言问题日益受到社会的关注。如何帮助他们消除沟通障碍、恢复语言机能、融入智能社会、强化情感联结,成为保障老年人语言权益、提升老年人生活质量的重要举措,这也构成了老年语言服务的核心议题。在探讨老年语言服务规划的必要性和现实性基础上,从老年语言教育、语言康复、语言情感、语言权益、语言技术五个层面进行老年语言服务规划,并从政策、资金、人才方面做好老年语言服务规划的实施保障。制订老年语言服务规划,能够从体制机制上维护老年人的合法权益,满足老年人的语言需求,使其能够更好地融入社会、享受晚年幸福生活,推动我国老龄事业的全面协调可持续发展。

With the acceleration of the global aging trend,the language problems of the elderly have attracted increasing attention from the society:how to help them eliminate communication barriers,restore language functions,integrate into a smart society,and strengthen emotional connections have become the key to protecting the language rights of the elderly and improving their life qualities.It is an important measure for people’s quality of life,which also constitutes the core issue of language services for the elderly.Based on the discussion of the necessity and feasibility of language service planning for the elderly,the article advocates language service planning for the elderly from five aspects,namely,language education planning,rehabilitation planning,emotional planning,rights planning and technology planning.It also discusses the key measures from policy,funding,and talent perspectives to implement the language service planning.Formulating a language service plan for the elderly can meet the language needs of the elderly from an institutional perspective,protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly,enable them to better integrate into society,enjoy life in their later years,and promote the inclusive development of society.
