摘要
介绍了电石法氯乙烯生产中的节能降耗措施,包括采用双效换热器充分利用热量,蒸汽冷凝水闪蒸回收低压蒸汽,采用空冷器替代7℃水冷凝器等。
Energy saving and consumption reduction measures in the production of vinyl chloride produced by calcium carbide method were introduced,including the use of dual-effect heat exchangers to fully utilize heat,the recovery of low-pressure steam through steam condensate flash evaporation,and the use of air coolers instead of 7℃water coolers.
