摘要
通过两步法制备得到具有核壳结构的羟基丙烯酸分散体,研究讨论了分散体的核壳质量比、丙烯酸用量以及中和度对羟基丙烯酸分散体型氨基烤漆的贮存稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,当羟基丙烯酸分散体的核壳质量比为9∶1,丙烯酸用量为2%,中和度为100%时,制备的氨基烤漆贮存稳定性最佳,并且漆膜具有优良的综合性能,光泽高、硬度高、附着力强以及耐冲击性能优异。
The waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersions with a core-shell structure are prepared by two-step method.The effects of the core-shell mass ratio,acrylic acid dosage and neutralization degree on the storage stability of waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersion-based amino baking paint are investigated.The experimental results indicate that the storage stability of amino baking paint is the best when the core-shell mass ratio is 9:1,the amount of acrylic acid used is 2%,and the degree of neutralization is 100%.In addition,the cured film shows high glossiness,hardness,adhesion and excellent impact resistance.
